Today we enjoyed a wonderful family lunch. Even though it was our first time here, we were pleasantly surprised by the warm and attentive staff.
We ordered paella — without a doubt, one of the most delicious we’ve ever had. It came with a freshly baked roll, which makes sense as the restaurant has its own bakery.
We also loved the setting: even at midday, when the sun is strongest, the shade perfectly covers the outdoor tables, making it a pleasure to dine outside.

A very charming and pleasant restaurant. The staff are extremely friendly and kind. The food was exceptional. Everything we ordered, from the appetizers to the main courses, was more delicious than the last. The prices are incredibly reasonable, and the quality of the food is outstanding. Wonderful lunch at La Tahona De La Carihuela. My wife ordered the Bacalao Frito,(fish) with french fries. This too was very flavoursome & cooked just right. We shared a chocolate crepe, with ice cream & cream for dessert. Yum! I ate here a moment ago! Very good paella, I ate it in many places in Spain but here it made the biggest impression on me. Atmospheric place, smiling waiters and cold beer :)

Just got back from a week in Torremolinos, this place is absolutely fab! Waiters were fantasist with our 2 year old son having a good laugh with him. Food was great, very fast service and a lovely atmosphere sitting watching the world go by! Recommend 100%
